Contribute to the ongoing health and information database of Kooikerhondjes around the world by submitting information and documenation regarding your pet.

Fill out a form for each of your Kooikers and return it to NKCC Health Committee to be forwarded on to Worldwide Data Registry in the Netherlands. Information can also be sent directly to the DataRegister at clubregister@kooikerhondje.nl
If you have Official Health results, please incude those in your submission as well.
It is requested that your pet’s information is updated in the registry once a year — unless there is pertinent new information to be shared.
If there is no change, simply return the form with your dog’s name and check the “No Changes” box.
Are you a Breeder?
Contact our Health Director to receive a fillable form to provide complete litter information, including sire and dam, litter size, genders, identifying marks and more to add these dogs to the DataRegistry so they may be followed as they go through life.
