CKC Breed Status Updates

  • October 30th 2024: The committee submitted a comprehensive submission to the CKC for recognition in the Miscellaneous section.   

  • May 2025: The committee ( Shewfelt, Graham, McWilliams and Meerdink)  received acceptance of the important Rules of Eligibility from the CKC ROE Committee.

The number of Nederlandse Kooikerhondjes in Canada is still quite small. 

Membership in the club is currently our only source of revenue. This means we are working with very limited funds to maintain and grow this association, and we have big goals for the future.
